Our Order Management System (OMS) is designed to help Amazon sellers efficiently manage orders, inventory, customer service, and business analytics. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information—including Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—in full compliance with the AWS Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & Business Information:

    Information such as name, email address, business details, and Amazon seller credentials provided during registration.

  • Order & Transaction Data:

    Details of orders synced from Amazon including order specifics, shipping status, and payment data.

  • Inventory & Analytics Data:

    Real-time stock levels, low inventory alerts, sales analytics, financial reporting, and automated pricing data.

  • Customer Service Data:

    Buyer messages, automated responses, and customer feedback used to manage communications.

  • PII for Order Fulfillment:
    • Purpose We require PII solely for processing orders and managing shipping functions. This includes accessing buyer information and shipping addresses needed to complete order fulfillment.
      • Delegate Authorization: To access restricted PII, our application uses a delegate authorization mechanism. By calling the createRestrictedDataToken operation from the Tokens API, we obtain a Restricted Data Token (RDT) that permits a designated delegatee application to securely retrieve only the necessary PII. This process is performed strictly in line with Amazon’s guidelines and our internal data minimization policies.
    • Limitations: Our application does not use PII for generating tax invoices, tax remittance, or any taxation reporting beyond the functions provided by Seller Central.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery:

    To provide and improve our OMS by syncing orders from Amazon, tracking order statuses from production to delivery, and managing inventory and customer communications.

  • Order Fulfillment:

    PII is used to accurately process orders, verify shipping addresses, and facilitate communication with buyers via authorized delegate applications using RDTs.

  • Operational Analytics:

    To generate business analytics and reporting that help you monitor and improve operational efficiency.

  • Communications:

    To send service notifications, updates, and support-related communications.

4. Disclosure and Data Sharing

  • Third-Party Providers:

    We share information only with trusted service providers and delegatee applications under strict contractual obligations, and only as necessary for order processing and shipping.

  • Amazon Integration:

    Data exchanged with Amazon is handled in compliance with their SP-API guidelines and the AWS Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Legal Requirements:

    Information may be disclosed if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

  • Delegatee Applications:

    The RDT mechanism restricts access to only the necessary PII for functions such as direct-to-consumer shipping. No PII is shared for tax invoicing or tax remittance purposes.

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your data. PII is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined herein or as required by applicable law.
