1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Order Management System (OMS) provided by Crazigoods Company Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our service.

2. Description of the Service

Our OMS is a free SaaS solution designed to help Amazon sellers efficiently manage their business operations through a suite of integrated tools, including:

  • Order Management:

    Automatic synchronization of orders from Amazon, with real-time tracking of order status from production to delivery.

  • Inventory Management:

    Real-time monitoring of stock levels, low inventory alerts, and management of both FBA and warehouse stocks.

  • Customer Service:

    Centralized handling of buyer messages, automated responses, and customer feedback tracking.

  • Business Analytics:

    Generation of sales analytics, financial reporting, and automated pricing management.

  • Product Listings:

    Management of product listings and A+ content.

This service is provided free of charge with no additional fee.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Registration:

    You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for our service.

  • Security:

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

  • Eligibility:

    Our service is intended for registered Amazon sellers or their authorized representatives only.

4. PII and Data Usage Compliance

4.1 Use of PII

  • Purpose:

    We require certain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) solely to process orders and support shipping and customer service functions. This includes accessing buyer information and shipping addresses necessary for order fulfillment.

  • Delegate Authorization:

    To access restricted PII, our system uses a delegate authorization process. This involves:

    • Calling the createRestrictedDataToken operation via the Tokens API,
    • Obtaining a Restricted Data Token (RDT), and
    • Passing the RDT to a delegatee application that performs specialized functions (e.g., direct-to-consumer shipping). This mechanism ensures that only the minimum necessary PII is accessed and used strictly in accordance with Amazon’s guidelines and our internal data minimization policies.
  • Exclusions for Tax Functions:
    • Tax Invoicing Role:

      Our application does not generate tax invoices for any order types, nor does it require a tax invoicing mechanism beyond that provided by Seller Central. We do not reference regional tax requirements or any additional tax invoice generation in our processes.

    • Tax Remittance Role:

      Our OMS does not implement any tax remittance functions that would necessitate overriding Seller Central Tax Settings, nor does it generate tax reports including PII. The reliability of tax calculations and the specifics of any tax reports remain solely within the purview of Seller Central.

5. User Obligations

  • Accurate Information:

    You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering and using our service.

  • Compliance:

    You must comply with all applicable laws, Amazon policies (including the AWS AUP), and these Terms while using our OMS.

  • Prohibited Activities:

    Unauthorized use of PII or any interference with the proper functioning of the OMS is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided via our OMS are the property of Crazigoods Company Limited or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service solely in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer:

    Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • Limitation of Liability:

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crazigoods Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crazigoods Company Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our OMS.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the OMS at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction], as mutually agreed by the parties.
